Q. What is the difference between “Fan Wear” and “SportPacks® Inc.”? A. “Fan Wear” items are considered generic design items and accessories sold to the general school population. “SportPacks® Inc.” product is designed and provided to an athlete of a specific team as part of that teams uniform and gear package.
Q. I placed my order, when can I expect to receive it? A. Orders normally ship 7-10 working days from order date.
Q. Can I place my order over the phone? A. No, we are a web based company and orders must be placed online. Feel free to contact a Customer Care Agent if you are experiencing difficulties placing your order. Our representative will be happy to assist you through the process.
Q. Is there a local storefront that I can pick-up my order? A. No, all of our orders are shipped directly to the address provided when placing your order.
Q. The item purchased does not fit. Can I exchange it? A. Yes, contact the Customer Care Center at 1-888-858-2878 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to sending product. Returned items can be returned directly to SportPacks® Inc., by shipping using any available carrier. All shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer. SportPacks® Inc. is not responsible for items lost or not delivered by third party shippers.
Returns / Refunds of Fan Wear Products - The items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the receipt of goods. The goods must be unworn and in resalable condition with tags in place.
Returns / Refunds of SportPacks® Inc. Products - The items purchased from SportPacks® Inc. are ordered for your specific needs then custom decorated and are therefore not available for return or refund. Size exchanges are allowed for the same product only and must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Exchange items must be unworn and in new condition. This includes any item(s) that may be unavailable for immediate shipment or backordered by a specific manufacturer, which may affect actual delivery schedule.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any clearance item or close out item are final sales. These items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Q. My order status says delivered but I can not find my package, what do I do? A. Once an order leaves our warehouse the liability for delivery of your package belongs to the shipping provider selected at checkout.
SportPacks is NOT responsible for packages lost or stolen. However, we can assist on filing a claim with the selected shipper for a lost package. Please note that neither UPS or USPS is liable for packages stolen once the package(s) have been delivered.
We strongly urge customers to choose the signature required option at check out to insure safe delivery of products or consider shipping to an address such as a workplace that will provide a signer to receive the package.
SportPacks® Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will be made through only the credit card used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be for product only. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer
and are not refundable.
