We are hopeful that you are healthy and well as we face the next phase of the Covid-19 recovery. SportPacks and our employees offer condolences to those who lost loved ones as a result of the pandemic. The impact was felt by all.

Thank You to all of our loyal customers and schools that have endured this unfortunate situation since March 2020. We sincerely appreciate your support and understanding. 

We want to keep you updated on production status as we begin to return to "Normal" once again. We have been notified by our suppliers that although everyone is happy to see the situation improving daily it's going to take some time to bring inventory levels back up to speed. 

The supply chain has been emptied of raw material and fabric which will take some time to have momentum restored.  Expect to see a number of items on backorder while some items have been discontinued. All manufactures and suppliers are in the same boat regardless of name brand and products offered. This is an industry wide issue affecting all fabric manufacturers, garment manufacturers, suppliers and distributors. 

We felt the impact just prior to the reopening of the schools with backorders on the rise. Some items are not expected to be back to normal until July 2022 so patience will be key now and going into the the 2021-22 school year.  

Normal processing times may continue be up to 15 days on some items moving forward based on current available inventory.  We are also expecting continued improvement on ship times as UPS and USPS once again regain their balance. 

Know that we are doing everything we can to provide products and services to our valued customers during this transition period. We will ship completed items as they come out of production resulting in multiple shipments to insure you receive your items as quickly as possible. There will be no addtional shipping charges for the added shipments. 

Fast Track orders are being processed normally as long as product availability holds. We will continue to keep the schools and customers updated on blank inventory status.  The FT48 icon is displayed under each item that is a part of this program. Product inclusion is determined by your school and may not be available for some programs.

SportPacks is not responsible for delays or backorders created by the pandemic. Ship times may be longer than the stated 12-15 working days schedule in some cases. The 12-15 working days timeline is the average production time experienced during the pandemic and does not include or cover additional time needed to receive and decorate items on backorder from the manufacturer. SportPacks will not refund or credit shipping for items effected. Choosing expedited freight does not alter the production time necessary to produce product, it only impacts how long the item will take to arrive to you once shipped. Northern California customers will receive shipments in 1-2 days using normal freight choices.
