Returned items can be returned directly to Sportpacks® Inc., by shipping using any available carrier. All shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer. Sportpacks® Inc. is not responsible for items lost or not delivered by third party shippers.
Goods that are being returned or exchanged are subject to different terms and conditions.
Returns / Refunds of Fan Wear Products - The items purchased can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the receipt of goods. The goods must be unworn and in resalable condition with tags in place.
Returns / Refunds of SportPacks® Inc. Products - The items purchased from Sportpacks® Inc. are ordered for your specific needs then custom decorated and are therefore not available for return or refund. Size exchanges are allowed for the same product only and must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Exchange items must be unworn and in new condition. This includes any item(s) that may be unavailable for immediate shipment or backordered by a specific manufacturer, which may affect actual delivery schedule.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Any clearance item or close out item are final sales. These items are not returnable or exchangeable.
Sportpacks® Inc. reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds will be made through only the credit card used at the time of purchase.
Refunds will be for product only. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
